Compatible Mounting Hardware for the US-1083 leaf spring

The US-1083’s 9/16-inch spring eyes are compatible with properly sized suspension hardware, including 9/16-inch by 3-inch knurled suspension bolts, standard or greaseable versions. Installation may also require 1-3/4-inch spring hangers, matched shackle links, lock nuts, and bushings.

For tandem-axle trailers, an equalizer connects the springs and shackles so suspension movement can be distributed between the axles. Equalizer dimensions, hanger rise, and shackle length vary by trailer, so these parts must be selected according to the existing suspension geometry rather than the leaf spring length alone.
