John’s Spring and Suspension is the only specialized leaf spring suspension shop in the Reno area, and we offer same-day service for most jobs. For more than 40 years, John’s Spring and Suspension has been a trusted name in the Reno area through professional service, rapid turn-around times, and by upholding the handshake integrity of our original owners.

John’s Spring and Suspension is able to service light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks, autos, and trailer applications. We also can provide suspension repair or replacement for farming, mining, drilling, and snow removal or excavation related suspensions.

We specialize primarily in leaf spring suspension repair and replacement along with light manufacturing of some components such as U-Bolts and retainer clips (keepers).

A Tradition of Service

In the 1970s, Graciela and Norberto (Bocha) Aguilar immigrated to the United States from Argentina. They arrived with their young daughter and $27 in their pocket. Through hard work and dedication, they lived their American dream and established John’s Spring Service in Reno in 1978. The namesake of the business is after Graciela’s father, John, who was an active partner in the early years of operation.
